After 12 years in the industry, I've seen how much talent gets buried under rushed deadlines, disconnected teams, and ways of working that leave little room to think. People end up focused on getting drawings out the door, even when they can see a better way to solve the problem.
I wanted to create a place where skilled people have the trust and space to use their judgment. At Engineer Artists, we bring engineering, design, and fabrication thinking together.
